Alcohol/Water/Methanol Injection suppresses detonation so more power
producing boost and timing can be utilized. Water, with its high latent
heat of vaporization cools the intake charge and combustion. Methanol
cools the charge and combustion but also acts like an extremely high
octane fuel (some researchers claim as high as 120 octane) as well
as adding more oxygen to combustion.

Stage1
Water/methanol/alcohol injection system with everything needed to
install minus an extra wire (depending on install), automotive
goop (seal all fittings), loctite or threadlocker (for the nozzle
install) and possibly heatshrink or solder (depending on install).
The kit includes: 150 psi high volume pump, adjustable boost pressure
switch, 2-qt. Reservoir, two nozzles sized to your whp, Bosch relay,
all the electrical parts, fittings, tubing etc. to install - a complete
kit made with quality, proven components. This kit is ideal for
fast spooling turbos or supercharger setups (ie Mitsubishi Evolution,
Subaru WRX STi, Ford Mustang Cobra)

Stage2
MAF-V
This kit includes everything that the stage1 has minus the boost
pressure switch but it also includes an upgraded 150psi pump for
incredible atomization and a variable controller that varies the
quantity injected vs MAF (v). Since the correct amount is injected
at all times, power and drivability is much improved over the typical
on-off systems. It is especially applicable to positive displacement
supercharged, fast spooling turbo, and naturally aspirated fuel
injected applications. It increases the quantity injected based
on the air flow of the engine (MAF). Designed for use with your
stock 0-5 volts. The Variable Controller features adjustments for
onset mass air flow level and full quantity mass air flow level
so the injection curve can be maximized for each application and
can be mounted under hood or on the dash for adjustments while driving.

MAF-Hz
This kit includes everything that the stage1 has minus the boost
pressure switch but it also includes an upgraded 150psi pump for
incredible atomization and a variable controller that varies the
quantity injected vs MAF (Hz). Since the correct amount is injected
at all times, power and drivability is much improved over the typical
on-off systems. It is especially applicable to positive displacement
supercharged, fast spooling turbo, and naturally aspirated fuel
injected applications. It increases the quantity injected based
on the air flow of the engine (MAF). Designed for use with your
stock 0-XXX Hertz. The Variable Controller features adjustments
for onset mass air flow level and full quantity mass air flow level
so the injection curve can be maximized for each application and
can be mounted under hood or on the dash for adjustments while driving.

MAP
This kit includes everything that the stage1 has minus the boost
pressure switch but it also includes an upgraded 150psi pump for
incredible atomization and a variable controller that varies the
quantity injected vs. boost. Since the correct amount is injected
at all times, power and drivability is much improved over the typical
on-off systems. This allows maximum power at all RPM/boost levels
as just the right amount is injected at all times. The Variable
Controller features adjustments for onset boost level and full quantity
boost level so the injection curve can be maximized for each application
and can be mounted under hood or on the dash for adjustments while
driving.

2D (MAP & MAF-Hz)
This kit includes everything that the stage1 has minus the boost
pressure switch but it also includes an upgraded 150psi pump for
incredible atomization and a variable controller that varies the
quantity injected vs. boost. Since the correct amount is injected
at all times, power and drivability is much improved over the typical
on-off systems. This allows maximum power at all RPM/boost levels
as just the right amount is injected at all times. The Variable
Controller features adjustments for onset boost/maf level and full
quantity boost/maf level so the injection curve can be maximized
for each application and can be mounted under hood or on the dash
for adjustments while driving. This dual reading input allows for
the smoothest onset of injection and for the smoothest tune.

SafeInjection™ (currently on backorder)
For years, many have wanted to use water/methanol injection but
have not taken advantage of the power increases do to safety concerns.
Designed as an ad-on to the Boost Cooler® water/methanol/alcohol
injection system, Safe Injection™ provides for a safe tune
in those instances where no injection is present and an aggressive
tune is utilized. This system reduces boost or timing anytime injection
quantity goes below a set point (e.g. if reservoir level goes too
low) making the tune instantly conservative for the ultimate in
safe water/methanol injection. The way the Safe Injection™
works is that it monitors the flow of water/methanol/alcohol in
the system. When flow drops below 0.10 Gallons per Minute (GPM),
equal to 378 ml/min,( 0.05 GPM or175ml/min on the SI-05) the fault
trigger will go to a high state of 12 volts. In addition to the
supplied red LED, this trigger can be used to signal the following:
There are four general ways of interpreting the signal: 1. an ignition/timing
controller such as an MSD timing computer if using an MSD ignition,
2. aftermarket engine computer, 3. a solenoid such that boost is
reduced in a wastegated turbo set-up (wastegate upgrade), 4. a solenoid
to evacuate boost on a supercharged set-up, 5.The trigger signal
can deliver up to 1.5 amps to drive a solenoid or relay.

VC-100
This controller allows for finer tuning of the start and max settings
for the MAP stage2 kit which typically comes with the vc-25 which
only goes up to 25psi. This controller was originally designed for
the diesel trucks in mind because they tend to run 40+ psi so it
is fully adjustable all the way up to 100psi.

Low Level Indicator
This is a float switch and indicator light that lets you know when
your reservoir is running low on fluid. Simple to install and wire
in any reservoir
|
|
Solenoid Upgrade
Shut off solenoid is used when mounting the injection nozzle lower
than the reservoir or the reservoir is rear-mounted to prevent gravity
flowing. It is also used to prevent siphoning when the injection
nozzle is mounted after the throttle body or carburetor and is exposed
to vacuum.

7 QT Tank
The 7 quart reservoir gives much more range than the included 2
qt tanks, and is fairly small in size – 10”l x 12”h
x 7”w (similar to a very small car battery) and includes an
additional 10 feet of hose.
